Each day, from 10am to 12pm, there’s gonna be heaps of fun for the kids with awesome games, challenges, Bible talks, food and friendship.
Then stick around as the fun continues with more games for the kids and a delicious FREE lunch at Graze & Stay for the whole family.
What is it?
Summerfest Kids is the best way for kids of all ages to make friends and have a heap of fun this Summer School holidays! Come along for a week of epic games, tasty food, hectic Bible skits, and hanging out with friends.

Summerfest Kids program goes from 10-12pm at Gorokan High School from Tuesday the 8rd to Sunday the 12th of January 2025.
Who will be leading my child?
Summerfest Kids is directed by Josh O’Shea, with a team of highly trained volunteers who attend Lighthouse Church and all have a Working With Children Check. They are always updated on safe practices for working with kids. The team enjoy making Summerfest Kids an epic week. The team loves getting to know kids who come along, and are ready to have a lot of fun.
My child has food allergies
We aim for all the food at Summerfest Kids to be nut-free and egg-free and we will also cater for Gluten-free and Dairy-free diets. If your child has further diet restrictions, let us know and we will accommodate the best we can.
What do I need to know?
It’s always easiest if possible that you register online before Summerfest, or on your child’s first day, head over to the ‘rego’ desk. There, we ask you to fill out a registration form, which includes basic information and contact details for emergencies etc. Or you can skip the queue and fill it out now.
Can I bring my kids not yet in school to Summerfest?
Yep! The more the better! Bring your whole family along to Summerfest. We have programs for kids from 0 to year 6 in the morning at 10am. Make sure to stick around for a free lunch for the whole family at 12pm, there will be a bunch of free-play games for kids of all ages to enjoy while you relax and enjoy a free lunch. And there will be free lunch for all your kids too!
When should I pick up my child?
Graze & Stay will be open from 9:30am for free coffee and juice so feel free to hang around during the kids program. But if you’re gonna go home in between, come back at 12pm but you can let your child keep hanging out with their friends while you enjoy a free lunch at Graze & Stay till 1pm.
